Controlled Impedance & High Signal Integrity
Designed with flat shield and conductive tape, characteristic impedance 50Ω ±10%, no
discontinuity over ±8Ω (TDR tested).

Ultra-Fine AWG44 Wire Construction
Uses UL1911 AWG44 wires, optimized for compact electronic assemblies requiring
precision and flexibility.

Enhanced EMI Shielding & Reliability
Conductive tape, shield pleat structure, and UV resin reinforcement (≤1 mm) ensure
excellent EMI protection and mechanical durability.

Tested to IPC-WHMA-A-620D Class 2
Fully tested for continuity, insulation resistance (≥50 MΩ @100V), and dielectric strength
(AC120V / 1s).

The assembly features Hirose DF36 series 0.4 mm pitch connectors with integrated metal
shielding, combined with AWG44 ultra-fine wires and flat shield construction. Conductive
tape and controlled shield thickness enhance EMI performance while maintaining flexibility.

Each cable is manufactured in compliance with IPC-WHMA-A-620D Class 2 standards and
undergoes full electrical testing, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, continuity,
and impedance verification.
Ideal for TOF sensors, embedded modules, and compact PCB interconnect applications.

For big order, as we need to confirm all things include materiel preparation, production, this pro

cedure will take 5 to 21 working days according to order quantity, testing 1 to 3 working days, a

nd finally, packing 1 day, so fastest 7 days and longest 25 days without shipment.

A: All our cables are sold with 12-36 months warranty, and for big quantity order, we will offer 0.3%

to 0.5% backup for defective sent with order, so if you order 1000PCs, that means you can get 100

3pcs with backup. If you get faulty more than 5pcs, and less than 0.1%, please contact sales and

offer images, and we will solve your problem in the way of replacing with new order or refund.

A: Yes, sample order is supported, some samples can be offered free exclusive of shipment freight.
